To Whom it May Concern:
We are looking for sponsors to support our 11th annual Native American Intertribal Pow-wow and the Red Eagle Lodge Native American Heritage Museum. The Pow-wow will take place April 8, 9 & 10, 2011. The Heritage Museum is set up at the Pow-wow, and displays many items regarding the history and heritage of Native Americans. The annual Pow-wow continues to be a success, thanks to community businesses and people like you, who support our organization.
Last years Intertribal Pow-wow touched over 1300 people during the weekend. Our visitors learned about the Native American culture, camp life and dances, and were able to enjoy the Trader areas and purchase items related to Native Americans. A lot of favorable comments were given about our museum by those who went through it.
We are hoping that you will support the Intertribal Pow-wow and/or Heritage Museum. Sponsor money will be used for food for our volunteers, entertainment, providing literature to the children and programs for the public during the Pow-wow. April 8th, Friday, will be a Cultural education day for school children from Citrus, Hernando, Marion and Levy county schools; home schooled children and also from Church schools.
Sincerely, The membership committee of Red Eagle Lodge
