REQUIREMENTS
The below qualifications for membership are from the Red Eagle Lodge By-laws:
1. QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP:
(a) Membership is open to anyone in good standing.
(b) All members in Red Eagle Lodge will hold no bias or prejudice against any
other member, Nation or Tribe; we will all work together towards a
common goal as stated in our Mission Statement.
(c) All applications for membership shall be referred to the Officers/Board of Directors
for consideration. If found favorable, the application will be presented
to the general assembly at the next scheduled meeting to be acted
upon by being accepted, rejected or referred for further investigation and consideration.
(d) If three (3) or more Officers/Board members cast their vote against the acceptance
of said application, then such application shall be recorded as rejected.
(e) All membership applications, and/or any investigations shall be maintained
in a permanent file.
(f) Any member of this organization may be expelled or suspended from membership
for cause. Charges shall be based on disloyalty, neglect of duty, dishonesty and conduct unbecoming a member of the Red Eagle Lodge of West Central Florida, Inc.
BE ADVISED: Submitting a membership application for full membership/voting rights requires you to attend a meeting or two so that the Lodge can get to know you/your family PRIOR to voting you in as a full member. If you can NOT attend any meetings, then you are required to meet with the Officers for pre-approval.
